1. Company Information
Mr. Wall is a Thailand-based retailer specializing in high-quality floor and wall tiles. Our products are offered online for direct purchase and delivery within Thailand.

2. Eligibility
To make a purchase on our Site, you must be:
At least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Providing accurate and current account and payment information.

3. Products & Orders
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, due to variations in screen displays and manufacturing batches, slight color and pattern differences may occur. We recommend ordering samples if you’re uncertain about a product. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, errors in product details or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through secure channels including major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–15 business days. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders over ฿20,000 within Thailand. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged upon delivery. To report a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at mr.wallstudio@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mr. Wall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

Items are damaged beyond repair upon delivery and replacement is not possible.

A written agreement to cancel is made before production or shipping begins.

Refunds are not granted for missed deadlines within the communicated delivery window (2–3 weeks), or due to changes in project plans on the customer’s side.
